So we headed down to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for a wedding on Saturday, Aug 15th. Maw Maw Alice got to keep Annalane for the first time overnight. We got to see Michael's family and then headed to Panama City Beach, FL on Sunday for a week vacation. We all had a good time!

4.5 months have flown by...

Annalane had her 4th month appt and she was 25 inch heigh and 13 pds. She is taking 2- 3 naps a day and is pretty good about sleeping through the night. Although, I think she has had a growth spurt. When she is bottle fed, she can down about 6-6.5 oz easily. So, since we got cleared to eat cereal, her first day to try it was Tuesday, Aug 11, as I have attached some photos and video.

We are headed to the beach for a week with family. So we will be back soon with more fun photos.

Look at what I can do! This happened last night. I knew she was getting closer to holding each time she would get a bottle this week.

Holding My Own Bottle

Starting to like tummy time again and holding her head up better. Still working on getting my hands down. (like doing a push up)

This is Annalane's best friend Emma Kate from Ft. Irwin, California (missy delongchamp moffett's daugther). Emma Kate is 3 weeks older than Annalane.

Missy was in Alabama and Tennessee for 2-3 weeks and we enjoyed them being here. Emma Kate and Annalane had a good time watching each other and they even held hands (or arms) at one point, playing on the floor.

Annalane is really using her hands/fingers and really playing with her toys. They keep her entertained in the car, out to eat, and at church.

We will soon be at the beach for a week with family and then starting a day school program on Tuesdays and Thursdays when we return (mid aug). I can't believe that time is almost here...Happy Monday!
